Farm Story: A clean, classic Costa Rican Tarrazu. This coffee is known for it's super clean cup due to the strict picking policy of the farms and its meticulous processing. This coffee is patio dried initially then finished in mechanical dryers for perfect moisture content. Tarrazu presents an ideal location for growing coffee. The region is known for producing coffees that have distinctly acidic qualities, mainly due to the sedimentary soil composition that
characterize the land. With altitudes from 1,200 to 1,900 meters, the majority of plantations are shaded with a mix of foreign and native trees.
